Organic Ceylon cinnamon, also known as "true cinnamon," comes from crumbly inner bark of the Cinnamomum zeylanicum tree. It's light brown, and has a sweet and delicate flavour.
Use to flavour cookies, cakes, stewed fruits, puddings and breads- as well as sauces and dishes.
Drinks: Cinnamon & Honey
- 1 tbsp HP Perfect Raw Honey, 1 tsp HP cinnamon, 1 cup water
- Boil 1 cup water. Pour over cinnamon and let it 'brew' for 15 minutes. When cool add honey.
- Drink 1/2 cup in the morning, then 1/2 cup in the evening. Drink on an empty stomach.
