When one grain just isn’t enough, our multi grain provides a range of different grains to deliver a hit of nutritional goodness in one mix.
Ingredients: Millet, Brown Rice, Buckwheat, Oat Groats, Red Lentils.

Use as an alternatives to white rice, cook into porridge or add to your favourite bread recipe.
Rinse multi grain. Place 1 part multi grain & 3 parts of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Rinse Multi grain. Place 1 part of multigrain & 1½ parts of water. Cook in rice cooker.
Soaking the grains before cooking will give a softer texture.
