In its whole husk form, psyllium promotes healthy elimination and regularity while supporting the gastrointestinal system. Fibre also helps you feel full faster and stay full longer.
Suggested Use: Use approximately 10gm (2 tsps) of psyllium husk mixed in a glass of water or preferred beverage, 1 to 3 times a day and consume immediately. Start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks. The psyllium may also be sprinkled over oats or soups.
Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day.
Note: This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
