Brown Rice refers to rice that is unpolished where only the hull is removed. Brown rice has far more vitamins B complex and E than white rice. The mineral content of brown rice includes calcium, magnesium, zinc and chromium.

Cooking Method: Use 2 cups water to 1 cup rice. It takes about 30 minutes or until all water is absorbed.
