Quinoa flour is especially great for gluten-free baking. It’s high in protein and one of the few plants food that contain sufficient amounts amino acids, fiber and vitamins.
Usage: Savoury baked goods like biscuits, flatbreads, bread or herbed muffins.
How to use: Due to its high protein content, you can use 1:1 for plain flour, but we recommend only using up to 25% in baking mixes.
