Health Paradise Premium Grade Arame is hand harvested in pollution free environment sea of Japan. Our Arame is fresh with brilliant, gleaming luster and a complex, fragrant aroma, when consume daily can promote glossy hair. Our premium grade Arame is an excellent introduction to the taste of black sea vegetables.
Usage: Just soak arame in water for 5 minutes and try to stir fry in sesame oil with shredded vegetable like carrot.
Arame seaweed can be used in a similar way to cabbage. Soak for a couple of minutes before adding to stir-fries or casseroles. You can also add arame seaweed straight into soups without soaking first, because it can then use the moisture from the soup. Cook for around 3 to 4 minutes for best results.
Ingredients: 100% Arame (Eisenia bicyclis).
