From the outset, we have focused on sourcing premium organic and natural ingredients and handling them with care throughout the repacking and distribution process. As early pioneers in the importation of bulk certified organic products for repacking in Malaysia, we uphold strict internal handling, labelling, and quality control practices to ensure product integrity and transparency.
Health Paradise is certified by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) in accordance with the Australian Certified Organic Standards (ACOS). ACO Certification Ltd, Australia’s largest organic and biodynamic certification body, oversees more than 2,000 certified operators. ACO certification ensures compliance with recognized national and international organic standards and provides full traceability of certified products to their origin, supporting confidence across global markets.
In line with our commitment to serving diverse consumer needs, we further strengthened our compliance standards by obtaining Halal certification from Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM) in 2012. This reflects our dedication to meeting stringent halal requirements and supporting halal-conscious consumers.
In 2019, our production facilities, warehouses and products were certified HACCP & GMP. Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a risk management tool is primarily used to manage food safety risks. A HACCP system allows you to identify hazards and put in place controls to manage these throughout your supply chain during production. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards.
