The small, creamy brown seeds of the coriander plant give dishes a warm, aromatic and slightly citrus flavour totally different to fresh coriander leaves. Coriander seeds are an excellent source of minerals like iron, copper, calcium, potassium, manganese, zinc and magnesium.
Usage: Curry Dishes, Marinades, Soups, Stews, Pickles and Chutneys.
To bring out their aroma, simply dry-fry coriander seeds for a minute or two in a hot, heavy frying pan without oil before using.
Ingredient: 100% Organic Coriander Seeds (Coriandrum sativum)
